What can Reflexology help me with…?
Reflexology is a holistic therapy and so is unique to each individual experience. It is very helpful as a relaxation therapy but can be beneficial in alleviating symptoms associated with:
NERVOUS SYSTEM
Stress, anxiety, headaches, migraine, insomnia, depression
RESPIRATORY SYSTEM
Asthma, hay fever, sinusitis
DIGESTIVE SYSTEM
IBS, constipation, diverticulitis, indigeston, heartburn
HORMONAL IMBALANCES
Endometriosis, menopause, PMS, prostate, thyroid, fibroids, polycystic ovaries, menstrual disorders, fertility or pregnancy.
MUSCULO SKELETAL SYSTEM
Joint tension, arthritis, sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome,
tendonitis, osteoporosis
OTHERS
Rheumatoid Arthritis, tinnitus, diabetes, cystitis, hypertension,
supporting & strengthening the immune system, circulatory conditions, oedema
Gentle foot and hand reflexology may be particularly appropriate for the more fragile client, such as those who are suffering
emotionally, convalescing, rehabilitating or receiving palliative or end of life care.

Couple – 150 minutes – £125
Maternity Reflexology – 75 minutes – £50 Initial consultation treatment
All Follow up appointments – 60 minutes – £45
Course of 6 treatments – £225 (Buy 5 get the 6th free) Must be taken within 3 months
Children (up to 14 yrs) – 60 minutes – £40 Initial consultation & treatment
Children’s Follow Up Appointments (up to 14 yrs) 45 minutes – £35
Tiny Toes 1 to 1 session – Bespoke Adult & Baby – 60 minutes – £35 This session is for a Parent, (Grandparent or Carer with parental consent) to learn specific techniques to support baby at home
Tiny Toes 1 to 1 course x 4 x 60 minute sessions – £120 These sessions are for a Parent, (Grandparent or Carer with parental consent) to learn lots of techniques to support baby at home.

Can I recommend someone for a treatment…?
If you recommend someone to Equilibrium Reflexology and they come for treatment, you will receive £10 off your next treatment.
Can I buy a gift voucher…?
Yes…
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Vouchers are non-refundable.

I am bound and abide by the Codes of Practice & Ethics for Professional Reflexology.
What if I need to cancel my appointment…?
Please make all efforts to contact me as soon as you become aware of the need to rearrange your appointment, in order to give me the best chance of being able to offer the appointment slot to someone else.
Cancellations within 24 hours usually incur a 50% charge, but where an appointment is postponed at short-notice, due to Covid-19 guidelines and rearranged for a later date, there will be no late cancellation fee.

I have full professional, public liability and products insurance through Balens Specialist Insurance Brokers.
